Katie Anderson is Senior Vice President of Consulting at Aristotle, where she leads the firm’s specialized PAC and political consulting division. A senior Washington strategist and business leader, she advises corporations, trade associations, and executive teams on building high-impact political engagement programs that align business priorities with an evolving federal policy landscape.
With more than two decades of experience in Washington, Katie serves as a trusted advisor to CEOs, government affairs leaders, and boards seeking to strengthen their organizations’ presence, relationships, and influence. Deeply rooted in Washington and with a career built on trusted relationships across government, industry, and advocacy, she brings the perspective and connectivity that define effective leadership in DC. She works at the intersection of public policy, political engagement, and technology-enabled strategy, helping clients build and grow modern PACs and advocacy programs that are strategically aligned, operationally scalable, and positioned for long-term success.
Under her leadership, Aristotle’s consulting practice has helped clients launch and transform numerous political programs, deepen executive engagement, and generate millions in political contributions and member growth. Katie is known for combining strategic insight with a highly relational leadership style and a deep understanding of how policy, reputation, and stakeholder engagement drive business outcomes.
Before joining Aristotle, Katie held roles in federal government relations at NiSource and served on Capitol Hill in the United States House of Representatives, working for Christopher H. Smith across legislative, political, and fundraising functions.
Raised in the Nation’s Capital, Katie is involved in civic and community initiatives across the greater Washington area and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Virginia.
