Nevada’s 2015 election schedule is jam packed with exciting races.

In June, Las Vegas voters will go to the polls to decide whether to keep the incumbent, Mayor Carolyn Goodman, or to go with a change of direction, current City Councilman Stavros Anthony.

It appears that this election could pivot on the support or lack of support for a planned downtown soccer stadium that hopes to lure a Major League Soccer expansion franchise. The candidates for mayor sit on opposite sides of the issue.
