According to our data, Democratic victory is all but assured in the 2015 Bridgeport, Connecticut mayoral race. That doesn’t mean the race won’t be interesting though!
This year’s race could feature ex-Mayor and convicted felon Joseph Ganim battling it out with the incumbent, Bill Finch, who has been in office since 2007.
So what else do you need to know about Bridgeport voters?
- 80,738 of Connecticut voters live in the city
- 59% are Registered Democrats
- 30% of all voters are High Propensity Voters, of which, 50% of these are Dems
With not a Republican in sight, the Dems running in this race will need to build a strong following and then make sure they make it to the polls on Election Day.
