Justin Phillips is Senior Vice President of Compliance Services, leading a team of attorneys and paralegal professionals who assist over 230 clients with campaign finance, lobbying, and government ethics compliance. His team files campaign finance, lobbying, pay-to-play and Foreign Agent Registration Act reports at the federal level, in 49 of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
Mr. Phillips has fifteen years of experience in campaign finance, lobbying, and government ethics policy, regulation, and disclosure. Prior to joining Aristotle International, Justin was Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at JPMorgan Chase where he was responsible for the firm’s political compliance.
An honor graduate from Marymount University, Mr. Phillips received his Masters in Business Administration.
