He has been involved in political and grassroots software and services for over twenty years and is recognized as one of the nation’s driving forces in the development of cutting-edge political\, PAC\, and grassroots software.\n\nOver the past several years\, he has been a frequent presenter at leading industry conferences and graduate programs in political management. These include ongoing presentations to the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management\, the Politics Online conference\, and Campaign and Elections training seminars. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology\, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Mr. Phillips’ minor was in Political Science. Dean is the brother of John Phillips\, Aristotle’s CEO.
