This system has reduced the amount of time we spend each month on submitting and tracking RPAC contributions, which is great when you are a small state association with limited staff. Working with Aristotle has been easy, and we have been surprised at how responsive Kirsten and Peter have been in assisting us during and after our transition. Changing has been worth the initial learning curve and we are looking forward to using it to maximum our contributions in the years to come.

The Minnesota Association of REALTORS® has been using Aristotle 360 for eight months now and every day we like it more and more. It is easy to find a contributor in Quick Search, where complete details of all contributions are available. The NAR Organization Receipt Import procedure makes it very quick and simple to import contribution information from NRDS downloads or from a .csv file we generate ourselves. There are a variety of reports available and easy to run. Access to contribution reports has been given to our local GADs, and they have been accessing A360 frequently (and eliminating the need to ask me for the information.) If we decide we would like a new report, Peter Kelly and Kirsten Ott are quick to respond and we usually have the report within a day or two. They have also been more than willing to provide training, and very patient with us while doing so.

The import feature has saved me a ton of time! During dues check off, when a local board sends me $20,000 or $30,000 dollars at a time, I can just upload an excel file into Aristotle and within just a few minutes I can have an entire local boards money processed! Something that would take me several days to do can be completed in 5 or 10 minutes.

The AI360 system has improved our ability to compare and coordinate our RPAC fundraising efforts with NAR. Not only does the system operate in real time, ensuring more consistency in state and national fundraising reports; but the seamless electronic transfers make it easier to transfer NAR their 30% share of RPAC donations.

Support from NAR and Aristotle has been outstanding. I can email or call with a question and know that help from the system experts will be prompt and personal.

The AI360 has been a challenge, however the upload to NAR has helped streamline the process and aided in ensuring accurate data exchanged between IAR and NAR.

Before AI360, the process for entering contributions was extremely time consuming and quite tedious. There was no simple way to upload information, so it was all done by hand entry, one contribution at a time. With the new Aristotle system in place, we can upload hundreds of contributions in about a minute. Not only does this save us time and effort, but it ensures that no human error is created by additional handling of the information. AI360 has streamlined our PAC contribution entry and tracking, just as we had hoped.

The AI360 system has completely simplified our compliance reporting process. We no longer worry about having the correct forms or about having data in the correct format. The user friendly functions require very little training and provide all functionality to assure that the reports are filed in a quick & accurate manner. Reports that used to take us a full day to put together can now be completed and filed in just a couple of hours. The system has saved us valuable work hours.
