Mark H. Ettinger, with more than 20 years of investigative public records and legal industry experience, is executive vice president of Government Services for Aristotle International, Inc. Prior to joining Aristotle he was vice president of business development at LocatePLUS. He also spent almost four years as vice president of sales and marketing for LocatePLUS. As vice president of sales and marketing, Mark was in charge of overseeing sales, marketing, customer service and the channel group for both on-line and wireless product lines at LocatePLUS. LocatePLUS is a leading provider of on-line investigative solutions to law enforcement, legal and insurance professionals and licensed investigators. LocatePLUS’ data is helpful in homeland security, anti-terrorism and crime fighting initiatives.
Prior to joining LocatePLUS he was director of The Legal Translation Center for Linguistic Systems, Inc., where he focused on working with large law firms and corporate legal departments. Before that he was vice president of the National Practice Institute, where his primary responsibilities included establishing and overseeing relationships with key law schools, state, county, and metro bar associations as content partners for West LegalEdcenter. In addition, Mark was responsible for up to 100 seminars per year, NPI staff, and production of the National Practice Institute’s Law and Technology Shows. Mark spent eight years with the Minnesota based West Group (WESTLAW), foremost provider of e-information and solutions for the U.S. legal market. While at West Group, he was consistently recognized as the company’s top-producing sales representative for West’s Legal Directory.
He received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in history and his MBA in management from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
