Michael Homon is Aristotle’s Chief Financial Officer. Mike comes to Aristotle with over seventeen years of diversified financial & operational experience with public and private companies. Before joining Aristotle, Mr. Homon was the Vice President of Operations and Finance for Viziant Corporation where he oversaw operations, information systems, HR and Accounting. Prior to Viziant Corporation, Mr. Homon was VP of Finance and Controller of Global Secure Corp. where he oversaw finance and accounting of all Global Secure subsidiaries. Prior to Viziant Corporation, Mr. Homon was the Director of Finance and Controller of Online Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCC), where he raised over $100 million from investors, including a public offering in 1999. He has also held senior controller and accounting roles at BRI International, and Deloitte. Mr. Homon obtained his C.P.A while employed at Deloitte and is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
