Valerie Kessler serves as Aristotle’s Director of Human Resources & Administration. She currently manages all HR functions, including recruitment, employee benefits, and payroll as well as oversees all office administration. Val has been an integral part of Aristotle for the past 13 years of which she has served in two other positions, Administrative Assistant and Office Manager. Val is a graduate of American University, where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Public Communications with a concentration in Advertising. When not at Aristotle, Val likes to travel, read, visit museums and is a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She currently lives in the Washington DC area and is the adoring Aunt to her two nephews, Logan, 4, and Dean, 11 months.
