Andrew Shields serves as Aristotle’s Director of Learning and Development where he is in charge of the development and delivery of client training events, product documentation, and staff development. Before joining Aristotle, Andrew gained valuable experience working in the corporate training industry for over twelve years both as an employee and as an independent consultant. He has worked with a variety of clients, including investment firms, telecommunications firms, PR agencies, software providers, audit and advisory firms, and consulting firms. Andrew has practical experience in the full spectrum of design, development, delivery, and project management of learning solutions. He earned his Bachelors of Arts at the Pennsylvania State University in Advertising with a minor in Business, and holds several certificates in instructional design and e-learning. Andrew currently resides in the D.C. area.
