Constituent Data Management

In Constituent Service!, every registered voter in the district is automatically assigned his or her own record.  The information already maintained on past constituent interactions is automatically appended and preserved.  As businesses and organizations are added to the database by the office staff, they too get their own record. Each record may contain up to three addresses, seven phone numbers, an e-mail address, and numerous enhancements, such as phone number, estimated income, homeowner status or presence of children, drawn from COSMOS, Aristotle’s highly accurate Nationwide Voter File.

Advanced Search Engine

Searching the Constituent Service! database is one of the most powerful and useful functions. There are numerous search options, such as Name Search or Full Search. Name Search giving flexibility to find a record if you only know the first few letters. Additionally, if you are searching for a common name, you can limit your results by zip code to reduce the number of records from which you will have to select.  If the record is not already in your database, one mouse click will import the record of that voter, from anywhere in the United States, directly into your Constituent Service! Program. Full Search allows you to sort your records by virtually any source of information that is entered into a specific field. No matter how general or specific your request, Full Search is up to the challenge. Even better – it is flexible and user friendly, and fast!

Email and Direct Mail Advocacy

Using the Constituent Service! Mailing Wizard, letters, labels, envelopes and any Avery product, including table tents and name tags, can be merged with a group of records in a matter of minutes. The Mailing Wizard allows you to select whether the envelope should be addressed to households, individuals, or only active voters. Letters are merged automatically in Microsoft Word. The software user never has to leave Aristotle’s software.

Voter Database Updates

Voter registration is updated on a schedule determined by the client. Source data can come from the legislature, the state centralized database or the Aristotle maintained database of over 172 million voters.*

Aristotle provides advanced data analysis to assist organizations understand how to best serve constituents.  Prizm lifestyle/life stage data, e-mail addresses and constituent survey questions and responses makes it possible to better understand the motivating factors for a constituency.  Web applications allow users to access the data stored to perform a variety of searching, reporting and data extract tasks on a state, county, or house district level.

Automated Address Correction

Mailers Plus+ standardizes and corrects constituent addresses automatically to conform to the US Postal Service guidelines. This integration cuts down on data entry, eliminates typographical errors and reduces Postal Service “returned mail” costs.

Constituent Service! is equipped with numerous system reports to meet your office’s reporting needs. The system reports include multiple phone and address lists, casework reports and an issue count report.
