Greetings from Aristotle! We hope this update finds you well in the midst of a very busy and exciting election season. We're working at warp speed to bring you new voter data, data enhancements, and voter e-mail information so you have all the tools you need to get out the vote this month.

Everyone's talking about it...

The PeopleAndrew Tavani, our VP of National Sales, will be discussing GOTV efforts at the Campaigns and Elections event Winning: Your Crash Course in Campaigning on September 12 in DC. Drop us an e-mail at nationaldata@aristotle.com if you're planning on attending - Andrew would love to meet you.

Get Online!

Get Online! The internet is one of the most powerful communication tools you have - we're thrilled to offer voter e-mail lists for all of your GOTV needs. Our e-mail targeting system helps you reach exactly the right people based on any data element - political district, party, gender, political contribution history... you name it. Because privacy is paramount, we will only provide you with e-mails from people who've opted-in to receive e-mail correspondence. Call (877) 296-2747 for more information.

All the data you need

US MapAristotle is proud to have the most comprehensive database of registered voters in the United States (comprising over 175 million records). Our National Voter File includes all information provided by election boards - age, voting history, political affiliation and more - and in order to provide you with the most accurate information possible, we clean our data files monthly by running them through the USPS National Change of Address and Social Security Administration files to flag for moved and deceased voters. In addition to the data elements included in the voter files, we continually add new consumer and demographic information to improve your micro-targeting efforts.

Recent Data Enhancements:

  • Donor Information
  • Magazine subscriptions
  • Business owners
  • Hunting and fishing licenses
  • Income and Wealth
  • Education level
  • Presence of Children

Additionally, many of our states have been updated with new registrants and 2008 Presidential Primary Vote History. Contact us at nationaldata@aristotle.com for details.

Keeping your lists up-to-date

Data Matching Services

With the general election approaching, now is a great time to cross reference your organizations membership file across Aristotle's nationwide voter file. With our Data Matching Services, we'll be able to tell you which of your members are registered and how frequently they are voting. We can append your file with political districts and clean your file with up-to-date addresses and phone numbers.

Who's giving what?

Who's giving what?Aristotle's State Donor Lists are ideal for telephone and direct mail solicitation for political candidates, PACs and committees.  The list of contributors originates from state disclosure information filed by candidates, PACs, and party committees with the Secretary of State.

Match by district

Aristotle

Aristotle can provide a table or match your organization's data base with political districts (Congressional, State Senate, and State Assembly). We can also provide your legislator's contact information such as address, telephone number, and e-mail address where available.

We want to hear from you. Call us at (877) 837-2747 or e-mail at nationaldata@aristotle.com.

Happy September!
