Job Functions:

To act as the project management lead on the implementation of political software products provided by Aristotle to its clients.


  • Primary liaison for the client's project manager. Provide all necessary documentation and assistance to insure a successful implementation; bring specific resources to the project as needed.
  • Advise the client of the various options associated with Aristotle's standard and/or custom products. Prepare a project plan, kickoff meeting and have regular implementation meetings with each client.
  • Identify any conversion and/or custom requirements for the client. Develop requirements for internal use and insure conversion and/or custom requirements are documented in writing to the client.
  • Communicate with various internal departments regarding the needs of the client, including Client Integration, Development, QA, Customer Service, Systems Operations and Product Development.
  • Manage internal cross functional teams in support of projects needs, which may include core integration and custom services.
  • Publish client requirements and project plans, as well as, maintain all implementation documentation.
  • Assist with technical support, issue resolution and/or enhancement projects for specific launched clients.
  • Support the Product Department by providing input for business requirements and supporting the deployment of service/product betas.
  • Tracking and resolution of client implementation and testing issues.
  • Keep informed of any changes to internal systems, processes, and products.


Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience implementing systems and/or services for external customers
  • BA/BS required
  • Strong understanding of relational database structure
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries
  • Background implementing technology solutions in a regulated environment
  • Must be familiar with MS office suite for email, presentations, project management, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
