Responsibilities
Manage the preparation, planning, implementation, launch, and growth of new client accounts. Acts as a communication control and facilitator between the client contacts and interdisciplinary teams from within the company. General account maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum (1) year account management experience
- Experience managing client expectations and communicating project status
- Excellent problem solving and judgment skills
- Ability to triage and prioritize tasks
- Relationship-building, communication, and diplomacy skills
- Day-to-day client management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- General understanding of data, databases, web applications and technology
- Clear-thinking under pressure
- Time management and organizational skills
- BA/BS in business, management, or relate field
- Microsoft Office proficiency
