Responsibilities

Manage the preparation, planning, implementation, launch, and growth of new client accounts.  Acts as a communication control and facilitator between the client contacts and interdisciplinary teams from within the company.  General account maintenance

 

Requirements

  • Minimum (1) year account management experience
  • Experience managing client expectations and communicating project status
  • Excellent problem solving and judgment skills
  • Ability to triage and prioritize tasks
  • Relationship-building, communication, and diplomacy skills
  • Day-to-day client management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • General understanding of data, databases, web applications and technology
  • Clear-thinking under pressure
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • BA/BS in business, management, or relate field
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
